Our Story
RPH International Hair Salon was founded by Roberto Perozzi, an award-winning hairdresser with over 25 years of experience.
Roberto envisioned something that hadn’t yet existed in Tokyo—an authenthic international salon that would redefine every aspect of hairdressing. This became the RPH WAY,
an approach encompassing everything from salon services to international stages, photo shoots, and in-salon education.

Located in the vibrant heart of Shibuya, just a 10-minute walk from Shibuya or Omotesando, RPH SALON is one of Tokyo’s top recommended salons. Our team embodies the diversity of our clientele, offering customized hair services grounded in extensive experience and creativity.
At RPH, we’re committed to sustainability. We exclusively use natural products, harness solar power, and implement effective waste-reduction systems to minimize our environmental impact. Our passion goes beyond styling—we sculpt hair to reflect each client’s individuality, ensuring their look is as unique as they are.
